About Me
- The Besch Family
- Welcome to our family’s website! We’ve dreamed about traveling around the world with our four boys (Robby, Will, Ben, and Sam (visit their Blogs by clicking on their names) and now it’s time to live the dream. Thom retired from the Army after 26 years of service. Our last assignment was at Fort Greely, Alaska. We packed up our 43 foot Newmar Mountain Aire motor coach towing an SUV and headed southeast on the Alaska Highway on June 18, 2008. First lesson learned, we packed too much! We hope this year is a positive life changing event for us all, one which will shape the boy's lives and help them find success and happiness in the future. We invite you to join us by reading of our adventures. The boys especially are motivated by knowing others are reading their work, so please provide them some feedback. Sounds like you guys had a great time in N.Y. I can't imagine going there...I am with you Be, Scary place...way too many people! Just went down to K.C. to see Paul off & that was way too busy for me! great Halloween costumes!

I'm so excited to see you in Switzerland...sorry Frits and I are still traveling but we'll be home soon (see your email Joan) and we'll all have a great time catching up and sharing stories and of course we have to have a party to celebrate Obama's successful election!!!!!
Today I am flying to Washington D.C. to spend a couple of days with my brother and his family - he just returned from a over a year in Iraq so I am very happy to know I'll be able to give him a hug in real life this afternoon.
Can't wait to see you and until then have a wonderful first few days in Europe...
